By engaging Kinflow Digital for any service, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Kinflow Digital provides Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising management services, including campaign strategy, creative development, audience targeting, optimization, and reporting. The scope of services is defined in the proposal or onboarding documentation agreed upon by both parties.
The client agrees to:
All packages are non-refundable once campaign setup has begun. This includes all monthly retainer plans and trial packages. If you have concerns about service quality, please contact us directly and we will work to resolve them.
Kinflow Digital offers a 30-day performance guarantee on monthly retainer plans. If we do not hit the agreed-upon target within 30 days, we continue working at no additional cost until we do. The specific target is defined and agreed upon in writing during onboarding. This guarantee does not apply to trial packages (7-day, 14-day, 30-day), which are designed for short-term testing.
Kinflow Digital reserves the right to discontinue services to any client who does not comply with these terms, fails to maintain communication, or violates Meta's advertising policies. In such cases, no refund will be issued for the current billing period.
The client is responsible for ensuring their business, products, and services comply with Meta's advertising policies. Kinflow Digital is not liable for account suspensions or ad rejections resulting from client-side policy violations.
Creative assets (ad copy, designs, videos) produced for a client during an active engagement become the property of the client upon full payment. Kinflow Digital retains the right to showcase anonymized results and campaign performance data in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
While Kinflow Digital strives to deliver the best possible results, advertising performance depends on multiple factors including but not limited to market conditions, Meta's algorithm changes, product quality, pricing, and client responsiveness. Kinflow Digital is not liable for losses resulting from factors outside its direct control.
Kinflow Digital agrees to keep client business information, strategies, and data confidential and will not share such information with third parties without explicit consent.
Kinflow Digital reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
